Survey Shack Geovation Accelerator success has been confirmed after the property inspection app was selected as one of only six startups joining the 21st cohort of the award-winning Geovation Accelerator Programme, delivered by Ordnance Survey (OS) and HM Land Registry (HMLR).
The programme supports data-driven startups with the potential to reshape the property industry and create lasting social impact.
Pioneering PropTech for Agents and Home Movers
One of just three start-ups chosen for Geovation’s PropTech track, Survey Shack is being recognised for its ability to simplify the home buying and selling process through technology, data, and collaboration.
Its upfront property inspection app helps buyers, sellers, and property professionals capture consistent condition data before listing. It also supports the upfront property information reforms outlined in the Government’s consultation.
The estate agent property inspection tool combines guided visual prompts with surveying expertise. Users receive instant condition reports that support better decision-making. These insights support estate agents, energy assessors, and home movers in meeting the new rules for estate agents UK around material information and transparency.
